By accessing, interacting with, or participating in Lotry (the “Platform”), including its token, game mechanics, smart contracts, or documentation, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Lotry is an onchain experiment designed to explore luck, incentives, and human behavior through blockchain-based tokens and smart contracts.
1. Nature of the Platform
Lotry is:
A game-based, experimental protocol
Built on public blockchains
Powered by a memecoin-style token (“$LUCK”)
Not a lottery, investment product, security, derivative, or financial instrument
Lotry and $LUCK are provided as-is, strictly for entertainment and experimentation purposes only.
2. Eligibility
By using Lotry, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old
You are legally permitted to interact with blockchain-based applications in your jurisdiction
You are not located in a jurisdiction where participation in similar mechanisms is restricted or prohibited
Access may be restricted or blocked in certain regions at the discretion of the Lotry contributors.
3. $LUCK Token & Associated Assets
The $LUCK token and any associated assets (including, but not limited to, tickets, positions, claims, rewards, or in-game representations) are:
Memecoins, not financial instruments
Issued solely for participation in the Lotry experiment
Not designed to represent equity, ownership, profit-sharing, or governance rights
Holding or using $LUCK does not entitle you to:
Profits
Dividends
Revenue share
Any guaranteed utility beyond active game mechanics
4. Memecoin Risk Disclosure
By acquiring or using $LUCK or related assets, you acknowledge that:
Memecoins are highly speculative
Prices may be extremely volatile
Liquidity is not guaranteed
You may lose some or all funds used
Only participate using funds you can afford to lose entirely.
5. No Financial Advice
Nothing on the Platform constitutes:
Financial advice
Investment advice
Legal or tax advice
All participation decisions are made solely at your own discretion and risk.
6. Game Mechanics & Tickets
Lotry operates as a time-bound game experiment, which may include:
The use of $LUCK to acquire tickets or positions
Tradeable tickets or claims
Multiple prize pools
Daily or scheduled draws
Limited-loss or partial refund mechanics
A final settlement at the end of the game period
All rules are:
Publicly documented prior to game start
Enforced by smart contracts where applicable
Final once a game is live
Smart contract execution is final and irreversible.
7. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Participation does not guarantee:
Winning any prize or pot
Recovering funds
Any specific outcome
Outcomes depend on:
Probabilistic mechanics
Participation levels
Market activity
Smart contract execution
Luck is probabilistic and not promised.
8. Experimental & Technical Risk
Lotry is an experimental system. By participating, you accept the risk of:
Smart contract bugs or vulnerabilities
Blockchain network congestion or failures
Economic design flaws
Exploits, MEV, or unexpected behavior
Partial or total loss of funds or tokens
9. Fees & Allocation
Depending on the specific Lotry configuration:
Portions of fees may be allocated to:
Prize pools
Liquidity provisioning
Protocol operations or maintenance
Any team-controlled allocations are disclosed prior to the start of a game.
10. No Refunds
All blockchain transactions are final.
No refunds, reversals, or chargebacks are possible.
11. Intellectual Property
Lotry branding, documentation, and associated materials are owned by the Lotry contributors unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Lotry contributors, developers, and affiliates are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from use of the Platform, $LUCK, or associated mechanics.
You assume full responsibility for your participation.
13. No Partnership or Agency
Use of the Platform or $LUCK does not create:
A partnership
An agency relationship
A fiduciary obligation
14. Modifications
These Terms may be updated at any time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
15. Termination
Access to the Platform, $LUCK mechanics, or related services may be restricted or discontinued at any time for:
Security reasons
Maintenance
Regulatory or risk considerations
