What the hell are we trying to do?

Dude we just want to make sure we make a fun lottery that rewards you the more you play and gives you a chance to win a giant pot. All while gambling on a memecoin like you generally do.

We will be building a lot of fun Exprmnts, this is our test baby.

We started building Lotry in May 2025. We wanted to do it as an Exprmnt, but decided to make it a product when we applied for Base Batches.

We won Base Batches and went through Incubase.

Then we spent 7 months building this out as a product.

But. We couldn't find traction. There was no discoverability built in.

After trying to push hard for 3 months we realised its better to just have built this out as an Exprmnt and then build the product if there was sufficient traction.

So for Exprmnt 0, PMF condition is building a $500k pot.

PMF Condition / If $LOTRY pot hits $500k Lotry stays.

Its ambitious but if we do hit it, its pretty much validated and we'll release this format as a platform/ weekly games.
